SHATTERED

How much did you hurt me?
There's no words to express --
Shattered,
As if a glass.

I gave you my best
Truth, honesty, faithfulness.
But what did I receive in return
Lies, deceit, unfaithfulness.

I pray some day
That I'll be able to forgive you.
And later, with God's help
Forget you.
